"First time getting to meet with my new agent and her team. They were great and had lots of patience with me as I asked lots of questions and wanted to review over my current policies and potential new policies. Sarah specifically, sat with me for nearly two hours to help ensure my family was setup properly and we were thinking through everything for the next 10, 20, and even 30years. After dealing with an extremely stressful and frustrating experience with another insurance company, he completely turned my day around. From the very beginning, he treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. He truly listened to my concerns and worked tirelessly to help me find the best possible coverage that would fit within my budget as a low-income mother. I never once felt pressured or overlooked — instead, I felt valued, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. Not only was his customer service absolutely exceptional, but the rate he was able to secure for me was beyond anything I expected. It is rare to come across someone in sales who is so compassionate, understanding, and dedicated to helping people rather than simply making a sale.
